Position Summary Information

Basic Function

The Loudoun Campus at Northern Virginia Community College (NOVA) has embarked on an ambitious initiative to expand its community of adjunct faculty members across numerous academic disciplines. Adjunct positions are available for the following disciplines: Astronomy, Biology (General, A&P, Micro), Chemistry, Communication Studies and Theatre, Computer Science, English as a Second Language, Geography, Geology (including Oceanography), Information Technology, Mathematics, Meteorology, Physical Education, Psychology, Student Development(SDV), Political Science, English.

Duties and Responsibilities
Minimum Qualifications

Applicant must have a Master’s degree, with a minimum of 18 graduate semester hours in the discipline they are interested in teaching or some closely related field.
